  • If the customer refuses to accept or does not collect the package, any shipping and return costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to the customer.

  • In case of lost or delayed packages, we will assist the customer in filing a claim (ticket) with the carrier (e.g., Royal Mail), but the responsibility for resolution lies with the carrier.
