Processing Time

  • We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship all orders via reliable carriers with tracking (e.g., Royal Mail, ParcelForce).

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • UK Mainland: 1-3 business days

    • Other regions: 5-10 business days (may vary)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package size.

  • Any additional fees (customs duties, taxes, import charges) are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

  • All orders come with tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

  • You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once the package is shipped.

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at norvaniuk@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim (ticket) with the carrier.

  • If a package is refused or uncollected by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping and return costs incurred, which will be deducted from any refund.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
