Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at norvaniuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at norvaniuk@gmail.com with photos and order details. We will cover the return shipping cost in this case.

• Exchanges for other reasons are not accepted.

• Returned items must be sent using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost returns.
