The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at norvaniuk@gmail.com with photos and order details. We will cover the return shipping cost in this case.
